RBI's senior team members are more than just "process" managers—they personally drive all account activity. They brainstorm. They draft copy and press releases. They interface with clients. In short, they give each RBI client the full benefit of their experience and talent.

Betsy Smith Isroelit – Partner, Public Relations
Betsy's ability to build innovative public relations and branding campaigns is the cornerstone of RBI's success. During her dynamic career, she has spearheaded campaigns in a spectrum of segments: politics, public service, technology, health care, finance, the Internet and automotive, to name but a few. Her rapid branding, PR and marketing communications expertise has helped elevate positive awareness of such brand names as Autobytel Inc., Panasonic, The Dime Bank and the Hollywood Sign Trust. Betsy has also developed documentary features for PBS, 60 Minutes and a CBS Movie of the Week.

Ron Isroelit – Partner, Creative
With over 30 years of marketing communications experience, Ron has developed a keen sense of creative purpose—an ability to craft creative 'hooks' that cut through the clutter, and deliver the right message to the right audience. A true pioneer of consumer branding initiatives, Ron conceived and produced the first ever Super Bowl television commercial for an Internet company. He also coined the phrases "No Hassle Buying" and "SuperStore"—both of which have become standard marketing buzzwords. Ron contributes creatively to every RBI communications effort, including PR, energizing each initiative with a high-impact advertising sensibility.
